The room had a large bay window with seating. Tea and coffee making facilities were available. The location was convenient for the town centre and the racecourse (only a short walk).
The entrance area was a bit untidy upon arrival.

I had good parking for my vehicle. i also enjoyed dog cuddles in the morning. breakfast was cooked early so i could make my meeting. It was lovely.
the room was a bit too warm for my liking!

The king suite included a sitting area. Facilities for making coffee and tea existed. A television provided entertainment. The bed felt amazing I found it comfortable. I also liked that I received a key for after-hours access. The owner had a dog that joined us when we were in the room.
The hotel had no one at reception.

the room was too hot. the radiators were on full blast. the shower water was only tepid. the fridge wasn't working, either.

I really liked the decor inside. i stayed in the king suite attic room. the sitting area had coffee and tea facilities plus comfy seats with a television. it felt very spacious and also cosy. we got a key for the building. This allowed us to get in when we were out late.
the glasses in the room were not clean and the bath mat also, there was left over rice from the previous guest in the microwave.

the hotel had good parking spaces. there was a short ten minute walk into town to get to bars and restaurants. the location was perfect as it was close to where i needed to be in the morning.

The owner was communicative and friendly. she asked for my train arrival time so she could be in ready to greet me. the check in process was simple. This made arrival quick. she provided clear directions.

the room was indeed homely and comfortable i slept quite soundly the parking was convenient and secure i appreciated that a lot the doggy cuddles were a good bonus each morning i found the breakfast delicious and promptly served ahead of my meeting
i noticed a slight lack of cutlery after using the microwave in my room

I chose this place for its vehicle parking. There was a dog! Upon arrival, the owner greeted me with the dog. The room felt homely. The breakfast was ready early. It was also delicious! I got dog cuddles in the morning.
